A past life reading is when a person gifted with the ability to “see” the past looks into your past lives for you and relates that information to you. Interpreting a past life depends only on the reader’s gifts. The amount of details or visions that a reader sees vary among most readers. When I do a past life reading, I use my tarot cards as well as “seeing” with my third eye. When I view a past life, it’s much like a video that I’m able to watch in my mind. Past lives are important to know about. Often unresolved emotional issues are carried from one life to the next, and can affect us in very negative ways.

Past life regression is usually done through hypnosis. However, not everyone can be hypnotized. Past life readings may be attractive to those that prefer a less subjective experience, or for those that mistrust their ability to “see”. Past life regressions look in a backwards fashion at each of the lifetimes you have lived. A good regression can tell you how many separate lifetimes you've had, the areas or countries where each of those lifetimes occurred, important people and relationships, lessons, issues, your mission or spiritual purpose, karma, soul mates, and how you died and what unfinished business you may have had with certain people, places, or events. They can usually tell why we are attracted to certain people in our life or why we have deja vu when we visit somewhere. They may also unravel lifelong issues.
